Battery Energy Storage is the hardest part of a hybrid or off-grid plant to get right — and the part most contractors in the region have never commissioned at scale.
We design, ship, install and commission BESS solutions across hospitality, commercial and critical infrastructure sites. Every cabinet is of the highest spec and quality.
Most solar proposals in East Africa are price lists, not engineering documents — no measured load data, no real irradiance, no simulation. We do the opposite.
We conduct a detailed site visit and energy audit before any design work begins. C&I clients receive a power logger on site — we capture your actual profile. No estimates.
A complete technical specification and financial model: system size, equipment selection, generation forecasts, NPV, IRR, payback period, and year-by-year cashflow — accounting for tariff escalation, PV degradation, and diesel cost inflation. Every figure is traceable.
We manage the full procurement chain — purchase orders, quality inspection, import logistics, and on-site delivery. Tier-1 equipment only. No substitutions.
Our team constructs every system to our high internal specification. Full commissioning documentation, as-built drawings, and handover training are standard. Systems are monitored remotely from Day 1.
What separates us is what happens inside the building — cable trays run square, torque values logged, labelling consistent, the results of all this is we always over deliver.
